We are proud that Maria Ester Paredes Martinez, along with Joan Dueñas Riquelme, Ann Bruggeman, and Felipe Díaz Toro, participated in the recent Women Leaders Summit, organized by BELGOLUX (Chilean Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce), the Chilean British Chamber of Commerce, and the Chilean Swiss Chamber of Commerce, representing the talent and leadership of our team.
The presence of women in leadership positions within the legal sector is fundamental—not only to enrich perspectives and decision-making but also to promote a culture of equality. With 45% female representation in our firm, we are convinced that diversity strengthens our commitment to our clients and society.
